My workout today as freaking intense but I felt SOOOOO good!!! I was sweating so hard my deodorant was flowing(yea that’s gross)
Nway I’m incorporating more cardio into my workouts Cz I’ve GOT to lose these lovehandles!!

I’ve been looking for “fun” ways to workout right? I finally came across this Julianne Hough dance workout video yesterday, and I tried it this morning. OMG! I have never sweated so hard dancing. But I had SOOOOO much fun!! It took me back to my dancing days. It was JUST great!!
You guys should try it out. It’s no joke.
